Winner!! And tea cup giveaway!

Whooohoooo!

 I love this giveaway stuff!

VESPER,  rafflecopter loves YOU and wants you to have some Austen art!!
Congratulations and now, we've had tea, a mug, Austen movies, Austen art.... What do we need now? A tea cup giveaway! Excuse the picture, it really IS a very pretty demi-tasse cup. So small, so perfect for espresso or a bit of mulled wine. (Or, I suppose, TEA....) And I have FOUR to give away!

What's been your favorite giveaway so far? Leave a comment below and let me know. I have lots of prizes left and only a few more months before Pride, Prejudice and Cheese Grits emerges in PAPER. I've seen an advanced copy and she's SOOOO PRETTYYYY. And I can say that, because I'm the mom. Book babies are all beautiful, but to the mom, they're perfection.

Anyway, my plan is to make sure I have only a very SMALL MOUNTAIN of Austen items left when June arrives, and an even SMALLER mountain when July is here and Emma, Mr. Knightley and Chili-Slaw Dogs comes out!!
I have more art on the way, another mug, and some snazzy Austen book cover earrings... because we all need Austen jewelry, right???
Okay, so, enter early and often, my friends. Remember, I have four of these beautiful little tea cups! I'm not sure of the age, but they're a beautiful deep red!
Until next week!

  1. I love this, and it's even my favorite color too! My two favorite giveaways thus far are the Darcy and Elizabeth page art, and the proposal mug, but they all have been wonderful discoveries! Thank you for providing us with excitement, anticipation, swooning moments, and cheese grit cravings...ok, some of us. ;)

    1. Hi Brooks! Your cheese grits comment made me laugh. It is sort of a love it/ hate it dish, right??

    2. Hi! Yes, I believe it is! My husband and children think I'm crazy for liking any variety of grit. Oh, the expressions at Cracker Barrel as they pass me their tiny bowls!

  2. These are soooo pretty, I think they're my fave giveaway, although I do love that print and I'm sorry I missed it. :-(

    1. Hi Renee!! I actually have two more of those prints! Not the same ones, but different Austen characters, so stay tuned! I'm also eye the CUTEST cupcake tower (made out of china plates) I say in an etsy shop. Wouldn't that be fun??

    1. Hm. I think so. I have them here, in my house, so it shouldn't be too hard. I'll have to pack them in 700 layers of foam!

    1. Isn't it pretty? I'm sure it's not that old. From what I can figure out it's maybe from the 50's, but it does look much older with that little profile!

  11. Where did you find these tea cups?

    1. I found them in my local thrift store! I try not to buy too much vintage glass because I don't have anywhere to show it off/ store it and I'm always afraid we'll break it. But these were too cute to resist! I thought they'd make a very fun giveaway!

    1. I do, too! They gave me 6 to choose from, and then we went from there. I miss the pearls from the first covers, but I just couldn't resist these pretty dresses!

    2. Maybe if your publisher allow you to, you can post the other covers so that your readers can ogle at the beautiful designs. I know I can't resist looking and comparing at them.

    3. I wish I could but I think they're not really for "public consumption". They had several girls with pearls, and one with an old book and pearls that I liked. The first two were what became cover one and two, and the third option was a horrid pink dress I think I wore to my prom in 1992.

  13. It's a beautiful teacup! I've been eating cheese grits ever since we lived in MS for 6 months, but now I always think of PPCG every time I eat them. :D

    1. So funny! I hated grits until I learned that you should never use the instant variety. It needs to be really good quality and then you need to take the time to cook them right. THEN they were good!

  15. Definitely my favorite giveaway because of its uniqueness. Not everybody is giving away a tea cup, it looks so pretty

    1. They're probably not giving them away because the packing and sending is going to be complicated, haha! I think it's much easier to give away a book or art, or even jewelry. But I agree, they are so pretty and I'm excited that they're going to be enjoyed!
